We called Jake out following a recommendation from someone and we are so pleased we did. He attended as we had an emergency leak. He was very quick and arrived when he said he would. His communication was faultless. He was so reasonably priced considering it was an emergency and the issue was resolved in a timely manner to put our minds at ease. We have now got Jake to price up our bathroom refurb and are discussing dates to book it in. Very excited to see the finished project as having seen some of his work it is beautiful. 5 stars from us.
